IPOB has insisted that President Muhammadu Buhari should tell her what he did with its leader.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, if he (Kanu) was no longer alive.
Kanu and his parents missing, insisting that they were abducted by soldiers who invaded his compound on the order of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Tukur Buratai.
IPOB said it fears that its leader and his parents may have been harmed while in the custody of the Nigerian Army.
The release said,
“Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who incidentally holds British citizenship has been missing since a detachment of exclusively Northern Islamic officers stormed his residence on Thursday 14, September 2017.
“Ever since the brutal assault that left 28 people dead inside his compound including two of his cousins, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu along with his parents His Royal Majesty Eze Sir Israel Kanu and Ugoeze Sally Nmeme Kanu has not been seen.”
