The broadcast of the ongoing epochal 3-day Healing Streams Live Healing Services with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome to a massive global audience enters the final day.
The October edition which is the third phase of the online global phenomenon will hold at 6 pm.
The global online crusade tagged #HealingStreamswithPastorChris was taken a notch higher with recording avalanche healings, miracles, salvation, and deliverance as participants from all across the world recount extravaganza of good tidings in God’s presence.
According to a statement by the Church which was made available to the press said millions of participants registered for the programme from over 200 countries worldwide.
“There are also millions of streaming stations put in place for the healing services. While hundreds of millions of virtual centers have also been set up.
“Also, on-sight viewing centers in various cities, communities and villages across those countries have been put in place for participants,” the statement further said.
The Church said the programme has put smiles on the faces of millions of people since its inception in September 2020, and more especially during the healing services of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, President of LoveWorld Incorporated, also known as Christ Embassy, most especially in the March and July 2021 editions.
However, Pastor Chris said there will be “lots and lots of testimonies” for the October edition of the healing service.
He added that “the world hasn’t seen anything yet” in terms of what God will do in this edition.
The program will be streamed live in over 4,000 languages on the Healing Streams TV websites and on global Loveworld television and radio networks.
The Healing Streams which started in March 2021 was so well received that the world yearned for more. And more came with the second edition in July which generated so much global impact that another had to be fixed for this October.
The Friday’s opening session was marked with record-shattering miracles as people got up from their wheelchairs and sickbeds, dropped crutches and various walking aids, dancing and praising God, whose infallible Word and incredible grace brought them healing.
The service that was watched by billions of people across over 200 nations and territories in over 4000 language translations and streamed on thousands of radio and TV stations, websites, LoveWorld Networks and across various Social Media platforms, began with a session of worship led by the Loveworld Singers, after which the Director of the Healing School, Pastor Deola Phillips, warmly welcomed the global congregation.
Popular Nigerian self-acclaimed prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, better known as Odumeje, has predicted that the much anticipated Anambra governorship election will not hold as scheduled.
Naija News understands that the Anambra 2021 governorship is scheduled to hold November 6.
Though there has been unrest in the Southeast region recently and many have expressed worry over the upcoming election, the Independent National Electoral Commissioner, INEC, has maintained it is ready to conduct the election slated for November 6.
However, Odumeje who is also known as the ‘Lion’ or the ‘Liquid Metal’ in a video that surfaced on the internet on Thursday, said the election is not going to hold, noting that he foresee violence.
Naija News reports that the controversial clergyman said in the video sighted on Holyghost Intervention TV, that he foresees massive killings in the state.
Odumeje who was addressing members of his church in the video said “The future I am looking at, everybody will be shocked because there will massive death. I am seeing a massive death. And it shall be gun to gun.”
He added: “I am looking at an election that will come in Anambra State. Be praying. I don’t see elections, I see deaths. I see deaths of guns[sic].”
“I don’t see the election holding. I have been praying and telling God. Because I am seeing where people kill people. Don’t say I did not said [sic] it.”
Odumeje appealed to the political class most especially those in the Southeast region of the country to listen to the pleas of the electorates.
He said: “People have decided to die fighting for their right, listen to them and settle issues, else I see mass death of both politicians, prominent men, and the masses”.
The leadership and succession crises at the Synagogue Church of All Nations may not be over as a member of the Board of Trustees, Joseph David, has raised the alarm over alleged threats to his life and those of other leaders of the ministry.
David, who has gone into hiding with other disciples of the late founder of the church, Prophet Temitope Joshua, aka TB Joshua, claimed that the family of the founder was using law enforcement agents to hunt them.
He said this was because of their perceived closeness to the late cleric and supposed knowledge of important details of the church not known to the family.
The Delta State indigene, who spoke to our correspondent from his hideout, alleged that the wife of the founder, Evelyn Joshua, was making spirited attempts to consolidate power around her, adding that influential followers of TB Joshua had been chased away, including foreigners.
He said, “The ministry had disciples, who handled the operation, administration and spiritual affairs of the church. Among them were five prophets, who were always with Prophet TB Joshua.
“The prophet’s wife was never active in the administration of the church. She only functioned ceremoniously, maybe to receive awards for him.
“Before the prophet passed on, he was interviewed by a newspaper, where he answered the question of succession. He said the church is not a family thing, and that was why his wife was not always seen with him.
“Around the period he granted the interview, he had removed her from being a trustee of the church. But she did not know she had been removed until he died.”
David said after TB Joshua’s death, the church had two trustees left – the cleric’s daughter, Promise Joshua, and himself.
He noted that trouble started during a meeting to fill the space left by the late cleric, who was the third trustee of the church.
The Yaba College of Technology graduate said two family members – the prophet’s first daughter and his wife – were suggested by a group, adding that he kicked against it to avoid being easily overrun and removed by the family members.
The 52-year-old said he suggested that if the duo would join, then more non-family members should be added to make for balance of power, an idea that was rejected by the family, as the meeting ended without a resolution.
The evangelist said from that point, there was mutual suspicion between the family and the group of disciples led by him.
He said the suspicion was fuelled by the fear of the family that they were in possession of things that the family did not know about.
“Actually, immediately the man of God passed on, the wife started investigating us and our accounts. We don’t take salaries, and we are not exposed to any issue of money.
“But due to suspicion, she took over the administration of the ministry. All the workers started reporting to her.
“For the 27 years that I was in that ministry, she never handled any matter of administration. But she started making people turn their backs on the disciples, saying we are thieves and robbers. As a result, church workers started refusing instructions.
“Our movement was restricted; our personal freedom was infringed on. We could not shout because we thought this was a family issue and we could bear it,” he added.
David said a man was later asked to mediate between the disciples and the family, adding that the intervention did not work out.
He said his group later decided to concede to the family and allow TB Joshua’s wife take over the running of the church.
The cleric said the disciples were, however, shocked when he reached out to the mediator and they were told that the situation had reached a “gunpowder status.”
“He said for us to avoid the disaster that was coming, all of us as disciples must come together and sign an undertaking to declare Mrs Evelyn Joshua as the new GO of the church and we must sign an undertaking to be of good behaviour. And we should forward all that to him and maybe he would ‘unwalk’ the situation to avoid the trouble that was coming. We saw this as a threat, and we did not know how to respond to his message,” he added.
David noted that the matter reached a climax on September 9 when the family allegedly invited some church members and declared Evelyn as the chairman of the board of trustees and general overseer after obtaining a court order.
Simultaneously, he said security agents went to the Prayer Mountain and dragged out some of the disciples after taking their phones, adding that some workers in the church were also taken to the gallery.
He said, “That evening, all the Nigerian evangelists of TB Joshua, some of whom had stayed with the prophet for 28 to 29 years, the least is 20 years, were sent out.
“But before then, their second daughter, Promise, came with letters from the EFCC and distributed to them before they left.
“Most of the prophets, both Nigerian and foreign, she accused them of theft, fraud and money laundering. After she removed the Nigerians, she threatened the foreign ones that they should go back to their countries. Madam said she did not want any discipleship again.”
The evangelist recalled that before the events of that day, Promise had written to the Nigeria Immigration Service to demand that the residency status of the foreigners be reviewed because their services were no longer needed.
He said when he was informed about the call, he went to Abuja to stop the process because the foreigners were still useful.
According to him, the EFCC had since launched a search for him and others, saying their lives were under threat.
He said, “As we are talking now, we are hiding in a hotel. The EFCC came and we were warned that they were looking for us and we should stay in our rooms. Unfortunately, one of our sisters walked into them and they took her away, despite the fact that we had a restraining order.
“The question is, ‘Why is this woman using the arms of the law to intimidate innocent people?’ The charges at the EFCC against us are completely baseless because we are not in the position to launder money or steal; cash does not go through us. Those who work in the accounts have explained the procedure to her, but she is not listening.
“Now, she has gained control over everything and she is still chasing us. We have tried to sympathise with the family, but we also want the world to hear our side of the story.”
PUNCH Panorama learnt that aside from the alleged stealing and money laundering charges, the EFCC was also looking into allegations of misappropriation of the burial funds of TB Joshua, in which the disciples were implicated.
TB Joshua’s daughter, Promise, said the allegations against the family were unfounded, adding that David and others were only trying to give the church a bad name because their atrocities were exposed.
The 24-year-old explained that the family saw CCTV footage of some persons moving money from the church, claiming that some of the drivers involved in the act had made confessional statements indicting the disciples.
Promise also denied that the family was chasing away those who worked with her father. She said they were only asked to leave pending when the church would resume.
She said, “Everything that happened here was recorded and at the right time, depending on how everything goes, it will be put out for the public to see.
“The constitution of the church was followed to the latter and that was how my mum became a trustee. The day it happened, concerned members of the church appealed to the Corporate Affairs Commission and everything was done legally.
“From the beginning of the ministry, there have always been three trustees. The second time my dad made a change, the board consisted of my dad, mum and my dad’s nephew, Hassan.
“Last year, my dad wanted to put me on the board. His nephew, who used to go to court for him (over the church building collapse), left the church. That was how Joseph (David) was brought in. He did not even know he was a trustee until my dad passed on.
“The only reason my dad made him a trustee was for him to attend the court sessions. My dad would not want my mum to be going to court for him. Joseph was the one that was following Hassan, who left last year.”
On the case with the EFCC, Promise said after her father’s death, a committee was created.
She explained that during the period, the family got reports of heavy movements of cash.
“Even the drivers they were using to move the money were the ones reporting these things. There is also a video where they were caught moving the money. The church lawyers then advised that we should report to the authorities and that was how they were invited.
“The foreigners, who were called to carry the money without knowing what it was, went to the EFCC and were released after they were cleared to go back to their countries with the intention of coming back in about a month. They were not deported; they are coming back.
“These people talking are those I believe are guilty; all the other ones went to the EFCC and returned after they were interviewed. All they had to do was to explain what happened because there is video evidence. I don’t know why they are running; if you are not guilty, go and explain yourself.”
Asked why the foreigners were reported to the authorities, Promise said since the funeral of the late prophet, there had not been any activity in the church.
“And we don’t really feel we should have workers that we don’t need. That was the idea behind that. It was not deportation; we were paying non-essential workers and the church was not operating. So, we said, we don’t need anyone here. You can go back to your country. The person you claim to train under is no more here. These disciples, what did they come to do here? They came to train under TB Joshua, and TB Joshua is not here physically. You came to train under TB Joshua as a disciple. So, the intention of coming to Nigeria was not to take over the church, but to train under him,” she stated.
Promise said the church workers confessed the alleged atrocities of the disciples, adding that the departure of the leaders was a relief to many who had suffered under their yoke.
She slammed David for saying her mother was not trusted enough by the father to carry on with the ministry.
“My dad had always put his family as trustees of the church. I am not surprised; this is expected. The church will soon resume; these ones are the bad eggs,” she added.
A spokesperson for the EFCC, Wilson Uwajaren, confirmed that the case was being handled by the Lagos office of the agency.
Asked about the restraining order, he promised to find out and get back to our correspondent.
Pastor David Ibiyeomie of Salvation Ministries has enjoined Christians to be weary of persons who ask them for coconut, incense, candles, water, in order to conduct deliverance as he said such practices are alien to the Christain faith, and is not documented anywhere in the Bible.
The clergy man warned that such persons who demand for coconut are magicians, and not prophets as many are led to believe.
He further asked anyone with contrary views to show him anywhere it is recorded in the Bible that someone was asked to bring coconut or candle for deliverance of any sort.
He said: “A prophet is [one who] when you tell him your problem, he speaks God’s counsel, and it is turned. Not somebody that will say, ‘Go and bring candle, bring incense, bring water, bring coconut’, that is a magician.
“You don’t need coconut in the New Testament. If you see coconut in the Bible, I will drop my Bible. If you see coconut in this Bible, I will not preach again till tomorrow. Those are not prophets. Please don’t be deceived with nonsense.
“Did you see broom here? That is not a prophet. You mistake magicians for prophets. A prophet is the mouthpiece of God who speaks God’s counsel. They speak God’s counsel to cancel evil.”
THE WHISTLER learnt that the founder of Omega Power Ministry, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, who is resident in Port Harcourt, often conducts what they call “Coconut day” in his church.
On the said worship day, members and new comers come to the church with lots of coconut and the pastor performs series of miracles with the coconut.
When Last Did You Thank Your Wife After S3X- Nigerian Pastor Tackles Married men
Nigerian evangelist, Rev. Funke Felix-Adejumo, has queried married men who do not appreciate their wives after having intercourse with them.
According to Rev. Funke during a mid-week sermon at Agape Christian Ministries, which is headquartered in Akure, Ondo State talked about ingratitude and how it has hindered so many people from getting their deserved blessings.
Speaking further, she queried married men who never show appreciation to their wives, requiring when last they have thanked their wives for marrying them. She also noted that such attitude from men makes them frigid and not excited about s3x.
In her own words, she said; “Ingratitude is a killer And you know it’s so disturbing that some people show it not only to God but to men.
“As a man, when last did you thank your wife for marrying you? When last did you thank your wife after having s3x with her,
“When a woman gives her body to you, it’s a lot. Don’t tell me we enjoy it together. To a woman, s3x is more than pleasure. what did you do after s3x? Sleep? and then you wonder why your wife is frigid and why she is not excited about your s3x life.”

HOW MRS EVELYN JOSHUA IS ALLEGEDLY RUINING T.B JOSHUA’S LEGACY WITH COHORTS
The brouhaha rocking the late prophet T.B.Joshua led Synagogue Church of All Nations is yet from being over as more revelation from insiders revealed that Mrs. Evelyn Joshua is allegedly hell-bent on eradicating the system, principles, and legacy her late husband has built over the years.
One of the workers who pleaded anonymity revealed that the issues in Synagogue between the disciples and Mrs. Evelyn were not power tussle for leadership, but a case of a woman who is power-drunk and allegedly on a mission to destroy all the legacies her late husband left behind.
Sources admitted that after the last meeting that ended in a deadlock, the disciples actually reached out again to Mrs. Evelyn Joshua to resolve the impasse amicably but the request was turned down. And sadly, the next thing they all witnessed was the show of shame and humiliation by Mrs. Evelyn and security operatives against the disciples.
One of the major allegations levied against her aside from the fact that she was power drunk was that she was allegedly on a mission to radically change all that T.B. Joshua stands for. This informed her decision to recall all the past disciples and ex-workers who had left the ministry, Interestingly, they are the ones running SCOAN now along with her as we speak.
” let me tell you the truth, none of the disciples was considering stepping in the shoes of the late prophet except such person received such spiritual endowment that would enable him or her lead a global spiritual Church like SCOAN, but mainly interested in preserving the teachings, principles, and legacy of T.B.Joshua. Ask yourself why would her husband remove her name from the trustees if not that he doesn’t trust her? He even stated on record that she is not prepared with the responsibility of taking over the ministry”.
According to insiders, Mrs. Evelyn Joshua has been running the ministry illegally even before she got the court injunction which she claimed has empowered her to run the ministry, ” I don’t know when the court has taken over the role of CAC in appointing trustees”, the source squealed.
And information from sources alleged that two prominent clergy men, Dr SK Abiara, Bishop Stehen Ogedengbe have been her advisers and cohorts in ruining all that TB Joshua stood for. Instead of advising the woman to tow the path of peaceful reconciliation, they are rather using their influential positions to fuel the crisis, describing the Evangelists and Prophets of TB Joshua as miscreants and rebels who are out to sabotage her authority. As such, they must not be allowed back to the Church.
Also, our sources revealed to us that She and her lawyers have allegedly lured those foreign disciples who are still in her custody to sign some legal documents dissociating themselves from any legal petition against her after deceiving them that she will withdraw those false allegations filed at EFCC and Immigration Headquarters in Abuja.
Furthermore we gathered that in the last couple of days, she has repatriated no fewer than six foreign Evangelists back to their various countries and the rest including three prophets are still in her custody in the church premises because their name are on the EFCC list among those she accused if theft, fraud and money laundering.
And finally, She even allegedly threatened to further blackmail the disciples with all sorts of doctored materials as evidences against them on social media.
It would be recalled that Mrs. Evelyn has been rejected as the new leader of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) founded by the late Prophet Temitope Joshua.
According to TheNation, those against Evelyn’s emergence said the late founder expected his successor to be from among the Pastors in the Church whom he had anointed.
They claimed that the rule has been swept aside by a few members whom they alleged were building stumbling blocks against the progress of the Church.
In a statement in Akure under the auspices of Global Congress of SCOAN Members, (GCSM-) and signed by one Adedeji Opeyemi, President of GCSM, and Secretary, Mr. Brown Chimieze, the SCOAN members called on all Christians and people all over the world to help in sustaining the church from ruin.
The statement said the biggest task was to honour the last wish of Prophet TB Joshua and keep his flag flying.
Don’t Be Afraid of COVID-19, Adeboye Tells Church Members
General Overseer, Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye yesterday urged the members of the Church not to be afraid of the COVID-19, pointing out that only people whose time had come would die of the pandemic as the Lord had said.
He encouraged the members of the RCCG not to be frightened by the pandemic because they would not die before their time according to God’s words, warning however that “don’t be afraid does not mean be careless.”
He made these remarks Friday night during October Holy Ghost Service at the Redemption Camp, Km 46, Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Mowe, Ogun-State.
He explained how many people had bombarded him with questions about his stand on COVID-19 vaccination.
He said he declined to comment on the subject on the ground that it bordered on the issue of national interests.
According to him, only the President of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) or Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) should respond to such issues.
“I am a man under authority. So, I keep my mouth shut. What I am saying now does not necessarily represent the view of CAN or PFN. It is just my view vis-à-vis RCCG. I am not talking to Nigeria, but to my children, who are members of the RCCG.”
He held that safety “is of the Lord. It is of the mercy of the Lord that we are not consumed. If we are to go by what scientists said, we should by now be counting the number of deaths in Nigeria in hundreds of thousands. That is what the scientists projected then.
“But there is a God who answers prayers. When He told me on January 1, 2020 that the world would behave like a child in convulsion, I told you. When He said later the whole world would have a compulsory holiday, I did not know all the details then because we only know in part. We only know what He tells us. God is not talkative.
“When it became clear that we were for very serious trouble, scientists began to say what would happen to Africa now. But I cried to God. I reminded Him of the prayers of the elders. I also reminded Him that it is only God that can chase away flies for a cow that has no tail.”
Adeboye explained that he would only receive COVID-19 vaccine for the sake of the gospel, noting that he had never told his congregation not to be vaccinated.
“You have never heard that from me. Rather than live in fear or doubt, get vaccinated. If you believe that getting vaccinated will put your mind at rest, then go ahead.
“Daddy, are you saying that you too could be vaccinated? If there are nations in the world that say that I cannot come to preach the gospel there because of vaccination, I will do anything for Jesus Christ.
“If vaccination or no vaccination is going to hinder me from doing the work God has called me to do, even if they ask me to be vaccinated 100 times, I will be vaccinated. So, don’t ever say that you heard from me that I said that you should not be vaccinated.”
Adeboye, however, described as laughable the move by some governors who made COVID-19 vaccination compulsory before people could attend church gatherings.
The pastor noted that such leaders were missing the point, saying the number of vaccine jabs available in the country was not enough to go round.
He said, “The number of doses available in the country is not even enough for 10 per cent of the total population of the nation. How do you then say whoever does not take the vaccine will not be able to go to the bank and church?
“It means 90 percent of the population will not be able to access their money. We will need to go back to the olden days of keeping money, I hope you know. Well, I believe they just want to make us laugh. You know in Nigeria, we need things to make us laugh.”
Why Well-To-Do Pastors Must Pay ‘Pentecostal Tax’ To Govt – Osinbajo
The Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo on Friday charged religious leaders, especially well-to-do pastors, to pay their ‘Pentecostal tax’ which will go a long way in telling their stories, achievements and life experiences in the Ministry to affect generations.
He made this call in Lagos during the Public Presentation of the biography of the founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry entitled “Kumuyi: Defender of the Faith”.
The Vice President asked religious leaders in the country to emulate early apostles of the gospel who also discharged the responsibility of paying tax, stressing that religious leaders in the country owe this as an obligation.
According to him, “For the successful preacher of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, there is a fourth tax. This is the Pentecost tax; the tasks to tell what you have gone through in ministry and this is a huge responsibility.
“The saints before us, discharge that responsibility. So we are beneficiaries of the Acts of the Apostles, the stories of the men and women who carry the gospel first to Jerusalem to Judea, to Samaria, and then to the end of the earth. Their stories continue today, and the baton has been handed over to our own generation.
“This Pentecost tax is one that we must all pay, it is one that men and women who preach the gospel must pay. It is not about personal reflections and personal aggrandisement. They owe an obligation and it is that obligation that produced the Book of Acts. So the book, ‘Kumuyi: defender of the faith’ just begins the work of discharging that tax, that obligation to tell the story of the missionary journey.”
Osinbajo further explained that every successful person must pay three forms of taxes including a Civic tax which is “the obligation of the successful to write their stories and share the histories of the phenomena they have become, in order to instruct, to admonish and to inspire the present and the future”.
“Every person, especially those who succeed in their endeavours owe society three forms of tax. The first is Income tax; personal income tax. The second is a Social tax, another name for that is philanthropy; the obligation of the wealthy or simply those who have to give back to society”.
T.B. Joshua’s Wife Gets New Appointment In Synagogue Church
Mrs Evelyn, the widow of the late Prophet TB Joshua has been appointed to the powerful board of trustees of Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) in line with the church’s constitution which prescribes a minimum of three trustees for the church.
According to Naija News, her appointment is on the strength of the judgment delivered on Thursday by Justice Tijjani Ringim of the Federal High Court, Lagos Judicial Division holding at Ikoyi.
The verdict was delivered in a Petition brought by Concerned and committed members of the church represented by Mr. Kola Kareem and Mrs. Moji Oguntoyinbo against the Incorporated Trustees of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN); the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and Mrs Evelyn Onyisi Joshua in a Suit No: FHC/L/CP/1109/2021.
Credit alert, expensive bags and latest phones, the love languages Nigerian women Understands – Leke Adeboye
Leke Adeboye, son of RCCG general overseer, Pastor E.A Adeboye has advised young single women on how to go choosing a life partner.
According to Leke Adeboye, women looking for a spouse to settle down with should ensure they ask God for who can take care of them and not Instagram picture-perfect kind of spouse.
He also advised ladies to desist from wanting tall, dark and handsome men as not all that glitters are gold.
In his own words, he wrote; ‘Everyone wants a tall dark and handsome, until they marry them and see the tall order, the dark side and the handfulness. Ask God for what will take care of you and yours not what is IG picture perfect. IG wont be in your home with you’
Recall, Leke Adeboye recently took to his social media to list some of the love languages of Nigerian women.
According to the clergymen, who listed items such as credit alert, expensive bags and latest phones as love languages of a Nigerian woman and in extension Africa as a whole.
See his post below; On a lighter mood, in Nigerian or let me say across Africa. Our own 5 love languages are and correct me if I’m wrong ladies:
1. Getting alerts
2. Expensive bags/shoes
3. Ordering food that i’m not paying for.
4. Massages and being left alone in peace.
5, Did i mention getting Alarms not alerts. 50k is alert, 5M is alarm.
Forgot to add number 6. Latest phones even if i don’t know how to work it.
7.Stop arguing with us, when we are trying to get our points across. We are the only ones allowed to speak. Your points don’t count. Just say sorry and admit you are wrong always. End of story
